When requiring assistance from our service technicians between 5pm and 8am Monday to Friday and any time over the weekend, the following procedure is to be followed.

*This is our after hours service desk, they will ask for:
- Important that you specify either Melbourne or Geelong Electrical service pager
- Your company name
- Location
- Contact person
- Phone number
Our technician will ring back to discuss the fault details and take the required action.
