CSIRO major electrical upgrade

The skill and experience of the Gordon McKay team was critical to the success of a major electrical upgrade at the CSIRO’s national scientific facility, the Australian Animal Health Laboratory (AAHL).

The project required internal and external access to this highly specialised and secure site over a period of several years to allow the installation of variable speed drives to more than 200 air handling units and an upgrade to the high voltage substation, furnace control system and other electrical systems.
